Garvi Gujarat Weekly: A new effort from Canada

It is a matter of pride for all of us that 'Garvi Gujarat Weekly' is now going to be published from Canada. This is not just a newspaper, but an attempt to become a bridge for Gujaratis living in Canada. Despite being far from the smell of Gujarat's soil, its culture and traditions, it is extremely important that we all remain connected to our roots. 'Garvi Gujarat Weekly' will be a medium to achieve this same objective.

Through this weekly, we will present news from both Canada and Gujarat, information about cultural programs, articles related to literature, art and lifestyle. Our goal is to highlight the achievements, struggles and contributions of the Gujarati community living in Canada. Apart from this, our effort will also be to connect the younger generation with the Gujarati language and culture.

This weekly will be the voice of all of you. We welcome your thoughts, opinions and suggestions. Your cooperation is essential to make 'Garvi Gujarat Weekly' a success. I am sure that this effort will shed a new light on Gujaratis living in Canada and will help us all unite.
